姜文光老师科研方向简介:
主要从事于机械设计及开发先进数值模拟技术解决工程问题的研究工作,发表学术论文80余篇,被引用1500余次。
近年来,研究主要集中于碳纤维增强复合材料渐进破坏过程机理的模拟,开发了一些先进的模拟技术。能够预测裂纹在工程构件中的产生与扩展是公认的近一个世纪以来计算力学领域的最大标志性成就之一,本人提出了概念更简洁明了、易于实施、效率更高且比现有的方法更接近物理现实的裂纹尖端区域的本构关系(Jiang et al, 2007,International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering),基于此本构关系建立了预测裂纹在纤维增强复合材料中的产生与扩展过程的粘性区界面有限元模型,模拟结果与后续的大量实验结果完美吻合,项目总监Prof M.R.Wisnom 院士认为这是他多年来所做科研项目中最成功的项目之一,得到合作公司(空中客车Airbus)的高度评价,参与该项目的合作伙伴还包括英国国防部及著名复合材料生产商(Hexcel Composites)。本人在该合作项目中开发的软件被作为英国大学间交流成果安装在Oxford大学的计算机系统中供合作科研使用。基于个人的突出贡献被聘为Bristol大学航天系永久研究员职位(1997),正式具备独立指导博士研究生资格,与此同时获得EPSRC DTA奖用于培养欧共体博士研究生。
提出的用于模拟编织复合材料的区域叠合法(DST)有效地克服了传统有限元建模的弊端。该建模理念已与前期科研合作公司(Rolls-Royce)联合申请了国际专利(WO 2008/122751)。在最近出版的专著“Mechanical Response of Composites”中,DST法被誉为代表最新技术水平的复合材料模型之一(Jiang et al, 2008)。由于DST早期应用主要集中在模拟线弹性问题,近期本人已经成功将DST法推广到复合材料非线性分析过程,用DST法实施非线性分析的理论框架近期已发表在美国复合材料学会会刊Journal of Composite Materials上(Jiang 2013)。和传统有限元法相比,DST法直观并极易于实施,把实施过程程序化后,模拟者不需特殊技巧便可实施模拟,若用传统方法,建立可运行模型即使是对有经验的数值模拟工程师也常需数月时间。相信在不远的将来DST法会在复合材料的性能预测领域、尤其在工业界会得到广泛应用。
在攻读博士期间所提出的螺旋对称变形场模式的精确解析边界条件为钢丝绳、复合材料梁等基础领域的研究提供了概念简明且易于实施的准确数值模拟手段,这方面的研究已发表了多篇一作国际杂志学术论文。近期的在这方面的研究进展包括钢丝绳精确弯曲数值模拟边界条件的建立以及对有断丝的钢丝绞线的力学特性的分析(Jiang et al, 2012)。所提出的截面耦合法求解等截面梁在拉压弯扭载荷作用下的变形及应力分析(是材料力学、工程力学的重要基础研究内容)的简明数值模型,尤其适用于对复合材料结构梁的求解(Jiang et al, 2006,2002)。
近年来,我们将多年与国际著名航空界企业以及著名高校合作积累的先进模拟技术及经验应用于传统机械行业,将理论与一线实践经验相结合。近期与徐工等企业合作进行多项设计、分析及计算机辅助设计软件研发工作,2014年荣获徐州市首届唯一科学技术协同创新奖,2020成功研发工程机械整机模拟软件系统(Finite Element Modelling system for COnstruction MachinES, 简称FEMCOMES,版权号2021SR0188100)。
最后,要提及的是我们拥有得天独厚的国际合作基础,本人在英国著名高校的世界顶级领域专家的科研团队从事科研教学工作长达十四年之久,包括国际复合材料委员会主席、国际杂志Composites Part A 主编: Prof. M.R. Wisnom 院士的团队,始于72年的有限元的数学及应用(Mathematics of Finite Elements and Applications)著名系列国际会议主席、布鲁内尔大学计算数学研究所主任Prof. J.R. Whiteman 院士的团队。 - 硕士教学信息
